Contact request
When you send a request, we process the contact you provide and, if entered, your name and message. The purpose is to answer the request, discuss delivery and prepare a possible contract.
- Only the contact field is required.
- The website applies rate limiting and may process the IP address in security logs.
- The request is delivered to the operator through a private Telegram notification channel; this may involve processing by that service.
The separate checkbox under the form records your consent to this processing. Do not submit sensitive or third-party data that is not needed for your request.

Analytics is disabled by default. The website loads the following services only after you press “Allow analytics”. Choosing “Necessary only” leaves the site fully functional.

Depending on the service and browser settings, this can include the page URL and referrer, IP address, time and duration, clicks and scrolling, screen size, language, browser, operating system, device characteristics and first-party identifiers stored in cookies or local storage. We do not intentionally send the contact form contents to analytics.
Your choice and necessary storage
Before consent, neither analytics script nor the Metrica no-script tracking pixel is loaded. Your choice, its text version and time are stored in this browser. You can reopen the panel below, change the choice or clear site data in your browser.
The website also stores the selected language and light, dark or automatic theme locally. These settings are necessary for the interface and are not used for advertising.
Retention, transfer and your rights
The local consent record remains until you change it or clear browser data. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years and Yandex identifiers generally for up to one year, unless shortened by browser or service settings. Provider-side retention follows the settings of the respective account.
Contact requests are retained only as long as needed to answer and resolve the request, and then for no longer than three years where this is reasonably required for contract preparation or legal claims, unless the law requires another period.
You may ask the operator for information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of data, and may withdraw consent. Use the request form without entering unnecessary details or write to the registered postal address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before it was received.
Nord LLC must separately maintain the required notices to Roskomnadzor and assess localization and cross-border transfer requirements. This page describes the website; it is not a substitute for those organizational duties.
